Job summary

Fields Group Security is seeking a Government-cleared NV1 capable Security Officer Team Leader to join the Data Centre team at Homebush, NSW. This permanent role operates on a rotating 7-day roster with day and night shifts.

As the first point of contact for staff and visitors, you will ensure high service levels, produce quality reports, and own service delivery across shifts while liaising with clients at all levels.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Security Licence.
• Current NV1 Clearance level (or higher) Government Security Clearance - Desirable but not mandatory
• Baseline clearance with ability to upgrade to NV1
• Proven experience in Data Centres reception / concierge / security operations duties

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for staff and visitors, ensuring courteous, professional service.
• Maintain high service delivery across evolving shifts and time periods.
• Produce high quality security reports and assist in incident resolution.
• Liaise with clients and staff at all levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Fill shifts across all time periods of the week when available.
