Wholesale Funding Group in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow its mortgage and lending portfolio by managing broker and channel relationships, identifying new opportunities and achieving settlement targets.

You will work with brokers, aggregators and strategic partners, explaining WFG's credit appetite and lending solutions, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance product and process, supporting deal progression.

Competenze

• 2–7 years experience in Business Development within non-bank lending or mortgage sectors.
• Proven ability to meet monthly and annual settlement targets.
• Strong network within broker/aggregator channels and partnerships.

Mansioni

• Achieve minimum monthly settlement targets and annual targets.
• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to grow loan portfolio.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and manage broker relationships.
• Build long-term relationships with mortgage brokers, introducers, and strategic partners.
• Assist brokers in understanding WFG's lending solutions to improve deal quality.
