Job summary

Engage Security Professionals is seeking a National Mobile Patrols & Contractor Manager to coordinate a national network of subcontractors for mobile patrol, alarm response and related security services across Australia. You will drive performance, contractor relationships and compliance while supporting new contracts and tenders.

The role requires strong negotiation and commercial skills, with a focus on pricing strategies and service delivery across metropolitan, regional and remote

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in mobile patrol and alarm response or related security sectors.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate with and manage subcontractors across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial understanding of pricing, SLAs and contract performance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and service requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop ESP's national network of mobile patrol, alarm response and security service subcontractors.
• Identify, recruit and onboard suitable security contractors across metropolitan, regional and remote locations in Australia.
• Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with subcontractors and partners.
• Negotiate subcontractor rates, service agreements, response times and contractual conditions.
• Ensure subcontractors maintain licences, insurances, certifications and compliance documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against service levels, KPIs and contractual obligations.
• Oversee coordination and delivery of mobile patrol and alarm response services nationally.
• Manage service requests, patrol schedules, alarm activations and dispatcher requirements.
