Our client is an established Australian security services provider delivering security solutions across a diverse commercial client portfolio. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee their Mobile Patrols division.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on management position responsible for the performance and delivery of Mobile Patrol operations across Melbourne. You will oversee patrol officers, rostering, fleet and service delivery while managing key client relationships and driving operational efficiency.

• $110k - $130k + Super (negotiable on experience)
