Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, this senior leadership role will oversee a team of Client Services Managers and drive operational excellence across Australia.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong client management skills, the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams, and willingness to travel nationally.

Qualifikationen

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• NSW Security Licence.
• Full valid Driver's Licence.
• Senior leadership experience within security, guarding or protective services.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and large-scale operations.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercially oriented with track record of improving financial and operational performance.
• Knowledge of security licensing, WHS and industrial relations.
