Job summary

Suncorp Group is seeking a dynamic leader to head the national Key Accounts function across Workers Compensation, driving retention, growth and profitability. You will lead a team of Account Managers and Specialists, building trusted relationships with senior brokers, clients and internal stakeholders.

Working closely with Distribution and WC leaders, you will leverage portfolio insights, CRM data and market knowledge to strengthen account management and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading national Key Accounts teams.
• Strong commercial acumen in workers' compensation markets.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Ability to develop and implement growth strategies across portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Key Account strategy for retention and growth.
• Lead and develop the national Key Accounts team.
• Build senior relationships with brokers and clients.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Underwriting, Claims to align delivery.
• Drive tenders, client service plans and cross-product opportunities.
• Provide executive reporting and insights for strategic decisions.
