Job summary

Career Management Services (CMS) seeks a dedicated portfolio owner to drive the health, performance and growth of a NSW insurance client base. Build trusted relationships and expand CMS services within existing organisations, partnering with delivery teams to fulfill client commitments.

You will leverage account management experience with complex corporate clients, credibility with claims teams and senior decision-makers, and strong Excel skills, while operating within a Sydney-based, hybrid

Qualifications

• Insurance, workers' compensation or personal injury experience.
• Account management experience with complex corporate clients.
• Credibility with claims teams and senior decision-makers.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel capability.
• Current driver's licence; NSW travel and required checks.
• Established portfolio of warm client relationships.
• Genuine autonomy over account management and growth.
• Collaborative team focused on long-term relationships.
