O’Brien Glass is seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant at our Tullamarine branch to guide residential glass repair and replacement inquiries. You will manage bookings, provide quotations and coordinate with glaziers, supporting customers across Australia.

The role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Flexible shifts including some Saturdays are available in a nationwide service network.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service experience (phone or face-to-face).
• Confident communicator with strong listening and rapport-building skills.
• Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Flexibility to work some Saturdays when required.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Arrange appointments and support customers through the booking process.
• Listen actively, understand customer needs and provide accurate quotations.
• Record customer details accurately and code all calls in our systems.
• Continue building glazing product knowledge.
• Support after-hours planning, dispatching and glazier coordination (where required).
