Job summary

O'Brien, part of Belron, is seeking a Face to Face Customer Service, Sales & Administration professional for our Tullamarine Service Centre. The role is 25 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am–1:00pm, with some Saturdays full-day at overtime.

You will deliver friendly customer service, drive sales of vehicle accessories, manage inquiries, and support daily operations. Ideal candidates have strong communication, time management, MS Office skills, and a valid driver’s licence with

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritise in a busy environment.
• Full Australian work rights and a current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional face-to-face customer service.
• Sell Vehicle Accessory Products and educate customers on services.
• Greet customers and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Manage phone, email and in-person enquiries.
• Support the Service Centre Manager with daily operations.
• Update customers on repair lead times and scheduling.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and manage bookings.
• Issue invoices and raise job authorities, follow up on queries.
