Job summary

O’Brien Glass is seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant for the Glazing Division, based at the Tullamarine Branch. You will support customers across phone, online and chat with care and professionalism, guiding them through enquiries for residential glass repairs and replacements.

You’ll coordinate appointments, provide quotations, and build glazing product knowledge while contributing to after-hours planning and glazier coordination where needed. This is a national role within Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in calls or face-to-face interactions.
• Good communication and active listening abilities.
• Able to learn new systems and provide accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Arrange appointments and guide customers through the booking process.
• Provide accurate quotations and confirm details with customers.
• Record and code customer details in the systems.
• Build glazing product knowledge to assist customers.
• Support after-hours planning and coordination as required.
