Job summary

O’Brien Glass Industries in Melbourne is seeking a part-time Face to Face Customer Service, Sales & Administration professional to deliver exceptional service to automotive glass customers. The role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am–1:00pm (25 hours per week) with some Saturdays possible as full shifts at overtime rates.

You will greet customers, handle enquiries, sell accessories, schedule repairs, and assist with daily operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience, face-to-face preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
• Ability to solve problems and create customer-focused solutions.
• Strong time management in a busy environment.
• MS Office proficiency (intermediate–advanced).
• Administration experience supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional face-to-face customer service.
• Sell vehicle accessory products and educate customers on services.
• Greet customers and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Manage phone, email and in-person enquiries.
• Support the Service Centre Manager with daily operations.
• Update customers on repair lead times.
• Conduct basic vehicle repair inspections.
• Educate customers on the full range of services.
• Schedule repair bookings and manage workflow.
• Issue invoices and raise job authorities.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up queries.
