You will be the first point of contact for residential glass repair and replacement inquiries, guiding customers through windows, doors, splashbacks, and more with care and professionalism.

This national inbound role involves booking appointments, providing accurate quotations, and coordinating with glaziers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service settings, handling inquiries via phone or chat.
• Strong communication and listening skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and use a CRM effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Arrange appointments and support customers through the booking process.
• Provide accurate quotations after listening to customer needs.
• Resolve questions and concerns and expedite when required.
• Record customer details accurately in systems.
• Build glazing product knowledge over time.
• Support after-hours planning and coordination with glaziers as needed.
