Job summary

Navitas is seeking an International Course Advisor to support international student recruitment across Australia. This phone-based role is the first point of contact for prospective students, providing tailored course information and guiding them through admissions to enrol in the right program.

You will work with the Student Recruitment and Admissions teams to ensure a seamless, student-first experience from enquiry to enrolment, maintaining CRM records and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in international education.
• Confident phone manner with ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to track leads and student engagement.
• Understanding of the international student journey and ability to support diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Connect with future students primarily over the phone, email, and web platforms to support decision‑making.
• Deliver accurate information on programs, entry requirements, visa implications, and support services.
• Pipeline management: nurture leads and progress through enrolment funnel.
• Ensure conversations and actions align with international student regulations and admissions policies.
• Maintain timely and accurate CRM records of all activity and correspondence.
• Collaborate with International Admissions, Recruitment Managers, and on‑campus teams to achieve enrolment targets.

About the Role

Are you passionate about helping students around the world take the next step in their education journey? Join our C&I Division as an International Course Advisor, where you'll play a key role in supporting international student recruitment across Australia.

In this phone-based role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective international students answering their questions, providing tailored course information, and guiding them through the admissions process. Your goal? To build trust, offer clarity, and support international students to enrol in the right course for their future.

You’ll work closely with the broader Student Recruitment and Admissions teams to ensure a seamless, student-first experience from enquiry through to enrolment.

• CRM Know-How: Experience using Salesforce or similar platforms to track leads and student engagement.
• Cultural Sensitivity: An understanding of the international student journey, and the ability to support students from a diverse range of backgrounds.
• Resilience and Drive: A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
