Job summary

Greville Consulting seeks a National Business Development Manager to drive its five-year growth strategy, expand into new markets and build a sustainable project pipeline across South Australia, Victoria and Queensland.

You will work directly with the Managing Director, identifying opportunities, leading tender processes and expanding the firm's national footprint, while collaborating with operational leadership to align opportunities with delivery capability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure or related sector.
• Proven track record in winning work and developing client relationships.
• Strong industry network and understanding of procurement and tendering.
• Commercial acumen to identify opportunities and growth strategies.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute Greville's national growth strategy.
• Identify new clients, markets and sectors; build relationships pre-tender.
• Develop opportunities across construction, engineering and infrastructure.
• Lead BD activities from intelligence to proposals and awards.
• Expand presence across SA, VIC and QLD and align opportunities with delivery capability.
