Job summary

BrillianTalent is seeking a senior commercial leader in Sydney to drive revenue growth across all sales channels. You will lead new business development, grow key accounts, and oversee pricing, margins and trading terms while building strategic supplier partnerships.

You will manage a sales team, set KPIs, and guide portfolio development and national strategies to support interstate expansion in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead new business development initiatives and expand the company's national customer base.
• Grow existing key accounts by increasing share of wallet, sales volume and product penetration.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities across retail, foodservice, hospitality and wholesale channels.
• Manage product pricing, gross margins, customer rebates and commercial trading terms to maximise profitability.
• Build and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships, negotiate favourable trading terms and secure exclusive product opportunities, leveraging Mandarin or Vietnamese + English language skills to facilitate communication with Asian suppliers and business partners.
• Drive new product launches, category development and product portfolio optimisation.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, setting clear KPIs and driving individual and team performance.
• Monitor commercial performance through sales revenue, gross profit, customer retention, SKU performance and territory analysis.
• Develop and implement national sales strategies to support interstate expansion and sustainable business growth.
