Job summary

SEEK seeks a National Business Development Manager to lead growth for premium interior products across Melbourne and interstate travel. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage a small team of Commercial Account Managers and translate national strategy into focused market activity.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in business development or commercial sales.
Experience leading contractor/building product customers.
Strong commercial acumen in margin, forecasting and negotiating.
Comfort with CRM and data reporting to drive performance.
Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies for the team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute national and state growth plans.
Lead, coach and develop a small, geographically dispersed sales team.
Expand contractor, builder, shopfitter and commercial networks.
Improve pipeline management, project conversion and forecast accuracy.
Strengthen CRM discipline, data quality and sales reporting.
Collaborate with specification, retail and cross-functional teams to convert opportunities.
Monitor sales, margin and performance against targets.
