Job summary

GRACosway, Australia’s leading public affairs and strategic communications advisory firm, seeks a dynamic leader to direct our national Business Development and Marketing function from Sydney. You’ll coordinate tenders, craft compelling pitches, and shape client-ready materials with polish and strategic insight.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues nationwide, drive new business opportunities, and bring creativity to how we pursue and win work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in business development, marketing or bid coordination.
• Experience developing pitches, proposals, tenders and other BD materials.
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted relationships with senior colleagues.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Project management skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Strong digital familiarity with social media, website posting and SEO (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the firm’s responses to competitive tenders and new business opportunities, including researching, writing, designing and editing proposals.
• Develop quality marketing collateral, including credentials documents, pitches and presentations.
• Maintain and strengthen the firm’s library of materials, including case studies, work samples and success stories.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including the firm’s suite of client only publications.
• There’s also plenty of scope to apply your marketing skills and bring fresh thinking to how we promote and position the firm.
