Job summary

Drivetrain Australia, part of Engenco Limited, is seeking an administrative professional to support day-to-day operations across its national network. The role collaborates with HSEQ and Technical Support teams, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and excellent customer service.

You will report to the Marketing Manager; preferred skills include Excel proficiency, multi-priority organisation, and problem-solving. Hybrid working with flexible hours and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in administration, office coordination or clerical support roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy, compliance and quality standards.
  • Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSEQ) management systems and processes.
  • Experience managing compliance records, audit actions or document control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience supporting operational improvements, cost reduction initiatives or project administration activities.

Provide administrative and clerical support to support efficient day-to-day business operations across Drivetrain Australia's national network. The role also supports HSEQ and Technical Support activities, ensuring accurate administration, compliance monitoring, customer service support, and coordination of key operational processes.

This role will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with the HSEQ Team, Technical Support Team, Territory Operations Team, Customer Service Team, and branch operations across the Drivetrain Australia network to ensure effective administrative support, compliance management, customer service delivery, and operational efficiency.

About You

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration, office coordination or clerical support roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reporting.

  • Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing or service-based environment.
