• Experience leading administration, operational excellence, compliance, process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfort with data, KPIs and performance reporting to drive improvement.

• Lead a 12-month strategic transformation program to standardise, comply and optimise administration across 12 sites in NSW, QLD and WA.
• Develop and embed SOPs, governance, audit programs and quality assurance across networks.
• Support the transition of three sites to the Mosaiq EMR platform, including readiness and training.
