Icon Cancer Centre Australia is seeking a dynamic Site Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team at Revesby, delivering high-quality, patient-centred cancer care while driving operational excellence.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will oversee clinical and non-clinical functions, guide strategic initiatives, manage finances and HR, and nurture strong doctor relationships to sustain growth and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Frontline healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong financial, analytical and business planning capabilities in KPI environments.
• Ability to develop and maintain doctor relationships and cross-site collaboration.
• Knowledge of local NSW healthcare environment and start-up/business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to the multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor, report, forecast and respond to site performance against KPIs.
• Maintain highest standards and continually enhance patient experience.
• Optimize resources and workflow for quality, efficiency and productivity.
• Build a high-performance culture delivering patient-centred care.
• Develop improvement plans and drive service delivery innovation.
• Establish and maintain external relationships with doctors.
• Partner with Business Development to deliver the site’s operational plan.
