Job summary

Myer Geelong is seeking a Merchandise Operations Manager to lead store operations, optimise merchandise flow, online fulfilment, and stock integrity, while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will lead high performing teams, drive process improvements, and support sales growth and customer service. Availability across trading hours required; rotating rosters including weekends. Australian working rights are required; Myer offers career development and team discounts.

As the Merchandise Operations Manager at Myer Geelong, you'll play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence across the store. From optimising merchandise flow and online fulfilment to ensuring compliance, safety and stock integrity, you'll lead high performing teams and deliver the operational foundations that support sales growth and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage merchandise logistics from dock to selling floor, ensuring efficient stock flow, safety and compliance

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours.
Management team members work on a rotating fortnightly rosters that include weekends and peak trade hours.
