Sarina Russo Job Access in Melbourne is seeking an exceptional leader to drive performance across our Preston and Heidelberg branches. You will report to the National Manager and oversee team performance, branch profitability and service delivery in these locations.

Using your experienced leadership and local knowledge, you will build strong relationships with employers and community groups to create sustainable employment opportunities for clients.

• Proven leadership experience within Employment Services or similar program environment.
• Strong business development and employer engagement skills.
• Demonstrated success managing performance-driven teams and achieving KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, networking and relationship-building abilities.
