Job summary

Randstad Pty in Melbourne’s South East suburbs seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a small team and drive branch performance. This fully office-based role focuses on sales KPIs, customer experience, and mentoring three direct reports to achieve revenue and service excellence.

You will manage daily operations, ensure compliance, and oversee local growth opportunities while coordinating a one-week interstate training program starting November 30th.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team
• Proven ability to drive sales and hit KPIs
• Willingness to travel interstate for training
• Mandarin language skills are highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: direct line management of 3 staff. foster engagement, coaching and development.
• Sales & Business Growth: own branch acquisition goals and sales KPIs; identify local growth opportunities.
• Customer Excellence: maintain high service standards and handle complex inquiries or escalations.
• Operations & Compliance: manage daily branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance and budget control.
