Job summary

Sarina Russo Job Access in Melbourne is seeking an exceptional leader to drive performance across our Preston and Heidelberg branches. You will report to the National Manager and oversee team performance, branch profitability and service delivery in these locations.

Using your experienced leadership and local knowledge, you will build strong relationships with employers and community groups to create sustainable employment opportunities for clients.

This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a commercially astute people manager to drive our Preston and Heidelberg team performance and branch profitability. Reporting directly to the National Manager, you will be responsible for driving branch performance, profitability and team success across both locations.

Using your leadership expertise and industry knowledge, you'll build strong relationships with local employers and community stakeholders to create sustainable employment opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
