Job summary

AUIT is seeking an experienced MSP IT Onboarding Specialist located in the ACT region to provide exceptional support to new end-users in a friendly and engaging workplace. You will be critical in onboarding customers into an MSP environment and ensuring they are set for success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in MSP IT Onboarding, strong attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. A valid Australian driver’s license is required, and you must be an Australian citizen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year practical experience in the MSP IT Onboarding space.
• Experience in complex customer environments.
• Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365 and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional MSP IT Onboarding support to new end-users.
• Handle incoming calls and resolve issues via ticket-based CRM.
• Administer and set up Microsoft products including 365 and Intune.
