Qualifications

• 2+ years IT experience in a professional setting.

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support via phone, email and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, hardware, software and network issues.
• Own client issues through to resolution with accurate documentation.
• Assist with migrations, identity, security and modern workplace projects.
• Build relationships with clients and local business networks.
