Job summary

LiveCX is seeking a proactive MSP Service Delivery Specialist in Sydney to own customer orders and coordinate IT projects from onboarding to delivery. You will manage provisioning across Managed IT, Networking, Cloud and Cybersecurity, liaise with customers and internal teams, and drive timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service delivery within an MSP environment.
• Understanding of MSP platforms and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and IT projects from sales handover through delivery.
• Coordinate provisioning and activation of Managed IT, Networking, Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, resources and deliverables.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, vendors and internal technical teams.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation, testing and service handover.
• Maintain documentation and provide updates with MSP best practices.
