Job summary

Office Solutions IT Pty, based in Osborne Park, WA, is seeking a Support Engineer to deliver both remote and on-site helpdesk support, network deployments and cybersecurity for a diverse client base.

The role requires 2+ years in Level 2+ IT support, strong communication, and willingness to grow within a hands-on MSP environment. Flexible shifts and a supportive culture are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Level 2+ generalist IT role
• Current Microsoft certifications preferred
• Excellent communication across phone,email and in person
• Self-motivated with eagerness to grow and contribute to team
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support and project work for client base
• Handle desktop support, network deployments, servers/storage and cybersecurity tasks
• Engage with clients remotely and on-site, building strong rapport
• Contribute to ongoing IT projects and continue professional development
