Job summary

Green by Nature is Australia’s largest landscape services business with award-winning projects across NSW. We are seeking a hands-on Team Leader to head mowing and edging operations, ensuring premium standards and safe practices.

You will work hands-on with the crew, maintain equipment, identify pests and diseases, and report progress. Qualifications in horticulture are advantageous, and valid licenses and police checks are required.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Horticulture or related field is an advantage.
• Experience managing junior and less experienced team members.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Valid Drivers' license is essential.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead team your team in mowing and edging operations (Ventrac and zero turns, Toro Proline H800, push mowers, Atom edgers and brushcutters).
• Work hands-on alongside your team.
• Ensure works are completed to a premium standard.
• Maintain tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Report on progress, issues, and requirements.
• Pest and disease identification and treatment.
• Foster a culture of safety.
