Job summary

Green by Nature, Australia’s largest and award-winning landscape services business, seeks a full‑time, hands‑on leader to manage client sites across Sydney’s North from Ryde to the beaches. You will lead a mobile crew, oversee grounds maintenance, pruning, mowing and general garden care to deliver premium results.

The ideal candidate is trade qualified in horticulture or has solid industry experience, with excellent communication and the ability to prioritise workflows, mentor others and uphold

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in horticulture or proven solid experience in the industry.
• Excellent working knowledge of field techniques, tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead others.
• Proven ability to prioritise workflows and impart knowledge to the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mobile crew caring for prestigious clients from Ryde to the Northern Beaches.
• Grounds maintenance including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting and garden care.
• Pest and disease control.
• Ensure all work is completed to a premium standard.
• Operate and maintain tools, machinery and vehicles safely.
• Report progress, issues and suggest improvements.
• Foster a culture of safety.
