Job summary

Green by Nature in ACT is seeking a dedicated horticulture team lead to mentor gardeners and apprentices, and to lead hands-on project delivery on site in Canberra. You will oversee safety, quality, and tool maintenance while guiding the team to meet high standards.

Required is a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens or solid industry experience, plus a valid driver’s license. WWVP/Police Check or willingness to obtain is expected.

• Proven experience in horticulture and plant care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members and apprentices.

• Report progress, issues and requirements to your manager.
• Pest and disease identification and treatment.
