Job summary

CEVA Logistics, a global leader in supply chain solutions, seeks a systems-savvy logistics professional based in Melbourne. This role focuses on applying MoveIT to real-world operations across transport, warranty claims, and yard management, not a pure IT position.

You will help deliver a major transformation of Finished Vehicle Logistics, overseeing deployment across sites and transitioning to ongoing system ownership and optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain environments.
• Background in transport operations, fleet, yard/compound or 3PL operations.
• Experience supporting or delivering system implementations in operations.
• Strong operational understanding of how systems are used day-to-day.
• Ability to engage across operations, IT and commercial stakeholders.
• Confidence managing risk and driving practical, outcome-focused solutions.
• Strong communication and training capability across varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout of MoveIT across compound, TMS and related functions nationally.
• Drive site readiness, training, UAT and go-live execution across locations.
• Standardise processes to ensure consistent and compliant operations.
• Act as escalation point for critical system and operational issues.
• Support onboarding of new customers and operational requirements.
• Identify and deliver system enhancements and continuous improvements.
• Partner with IT and Global teams on system changes and deployments.
• Coach and support users to build system capability across the network.
