Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a senior systems-focused logistics professional based in Australia to lead the MoveIT rollout for Finished Vehicle Logistics. The role emphasizes functional expertise in how systems drive real-world transport, warranty, and yard operations rather than pure IT work.

You will guide site readiness, training, go-live execution, and ongoing system ownership while coordinating with IT and Global teams to deliver improvements across locations and customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain environments.
• Background in transport operations, fleet, yard/compound or 3PL operations.
• Experience supporting or delivering system implementations in operations.
• Strong understanding of how systems are used day-to-day.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout of MoveIT across compound, TMS and related functions nationally.
• Drive site readiness, training, UAT and go-live execution across locations.
• Standardise processes to ensure consistent and compliant operations.
• Act as escalation point for critical system and operational issues.
• Support onboarding of new customers and operational requirements.
• Identify and deliver system enhancements and continuous improvements.
• Partner with IT and Global teams on system changes and deployments.
• Coach and support users to build system capability across the network.
