Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of complex project cargo across multimodal networks from Melbourne Airport. This role will involve coordinating planning, documentation and execution of heavy-lift and OOG movements, while liaising with internal teams to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating logistics operations in freight forwarding or project logistics.
• Exposure to OOG, breakbulk or heavy-lift cargo movements.
• Knowledge of incoterms, customs and trade compliance.
• Experience with multimodal transport and CargoWise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities for project cargo, including OOG and heavy-lift movements.
• Support planning and execution across air, sea, road and rail.
• Prepare and manage export/import documentation per customs and trade rules.
• Maintain project files, milestones and records in CEVA freight systems.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays.
• Provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Support costing and logistics planning during bids.
• Build relationships with carriers, vendors and service partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and HSE to align logistics with site readiness.
• Ensure compliance with CEVA standards and regulatory obligations.
