Job summary

Visy Global Logistics in Spotswood, Melbourne, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a high-volume transport and warehouse operation within a just-in-time FMCG environment. You will oversee frontline teams, ensure safety, performance KPIs and customer requirements, and partner with automation systems including AGVs and WMS/TMS implementations to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates are hands-on leaders with experience in JIT supply chains, strong people leadership, and a proven

Qualifications

Experience leading transport and warehouse operations.
Strong knowledge of JIT supply chain environments.
Experience supporting high-volume FMCG customers such as CUB or similar.
Demonstrated people leadership capability.
Strong understanding of safety, fatigue and compliance requirements.
Exposure to warehouse automation and AGVs will be highly regarded.
Experience with WMS, TMS or similar systems.
