Job summary

Regional Accommodation Group – Mildura VIC is seeking a friendly, professional Guest Service Agent / Receptionist to join Best Western Chaffey Motel. The role involves front desk duties, reservations, and occasional restaurant support in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities include check-in/out, reservations management, guest enquiries, payments, and coordination with housekeeping. RSA certification and flexible, team-oriented mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

As the face of our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every arrival, stay and departure is welcoming, seamless and memorable. As part of our close-knit team, you will also assist in our restaurant and food & beverage operations during busy periods, making this a varied and rewarding hospitality role.

Skills & Experience

• Previous reception, hotel or hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Experience with hotel reservation systems (Protel, RMS or similar) is advantageous.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is essential.
• Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A willingness to assist in restaurant and food & beverage operations when required.
