Job summary

Sika Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a senior specification sales professional to drive design-in across modular, off-site and panelised construction. You will engage architects, engineers and developers to secure Sika systems in project specifications and BOQs, and convert opportunities into firm orders through strong presentations and account management.

Working with internal teams, you’ll tailor technical proposals, deliver CPD sessions, track pipelines in CRM and travel as required to build

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years in specification sales, business development or technical product sales in building materials or related fields.
• Proven success influencing architects, engineers and consultants to secure specifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify early-stage modular/off-site projects in design and tender phases.
• Engage architects, engineers, consultants, and developers to secure Sika specifications and BOQs.
• Deliver technical presentations, CPD sessions, and Lunch & Learns for modular construction.
• Provide guidance on joint design, substrate compatibility, and NCC/standards compliance.
• Convert specification pipeline into secured sales and revenue growth.
