Sika Australia Pty Ltd seeks a Specification & Design Influence Specialist to drive offsite modular construction opportunities. You will engage architects, engineers, and developers, converting specifications into secure sales while promoting Sika systems for bonding, sealing, waterproofing, and roofing.

Qualifications

Requires a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with strong commercial/technical insight.
5+ years in specification sales, business development, or technical product sales in building materials or construction.
Proven success influencing architects, engineers, and consultants to secure specifications.
Knowledge of adhesives, sealants, waterproofing, flooring, or roofing systems and their on-site/applications.
Willingness to travel as required and adept at presenting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Identify early-stage modular/off-site projects in design/tender phases.
Engage architects, engineers, and developers to secure Sika systems in specs and BOQs.
Deliver technical presentations and CPD sessions for modular/hybrid construction.
Guide joint design, substrate compatibility, performance validation, and NCC/standards compliance.
Convert specification pipelines into secured sales and grow key accounts.
