Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Mobility Support professional in Sydney to act as a core contact for mobile fleet operations across smartphones and tablets. You will handle enrolments, factory resets, SIM activations, and troubleshooting to keep frontline staff connected in high-pressure environments.

The role involves maintaining devices, coordinating with telcos, and producing clear technical materials. Strong communication skills and experience with AirWatch/Workspace ONE are required; Australian

Qualifications

Hands-on technical support for mobile devices, tablets, and mobile OS
Experience with device provisioning and Google account setup
MDM administration experience with AirWatch / Workspace ONE
Strong communication with diverse users under pressure
Security clearance and background check eligibility (Australian Citizenship/PR)

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day mobile device requests, configuration, and hardware triage
Perform bulk deployments, enrolments, and factory resets across smartphones and tablets
Coordinate SIM allocations, carrier activations, and service changes with telcos
Log and resolve incidents in the enterprise ticketing system
Create process documentation, user guides, and technical support materials
