Job summary

Based at Kemps Creek, the position supports the customer journey from setup to delivery. The role is ideal for someone studying or recently graduated with an interest in IT, networking or cyber security, who thrives in a busy team and values

Qualifications

• You’re studying, recently graduated, or have a strong interest in IT, networking, cyber security, telecommunications, or a related technology field.
• You enjoy hands-on technical work and learning how devices and systems are set up and supported.
• You have strong attention to detail and can follow processes accurately.
• You’re organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy team environment.
• You communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and are keen to keep building your technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Stage and configure Android and Apple mobility devices ready for customer use.
• Prepare ICT equipment such as routers, switches, and wireless technology.
• Learn how service requests and incidents are managed within agreed timeframes.
• Work with experienced team members to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality outcomes for customers.
