Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a seasoned Technical Support Officer – Mobility to support and implement enterprise mobile technologies including smartphones, tablets, data SIM cards, and related services in Parramatta, NSW.

The role covers provisioning, rollout, re-enrolment, troubleshooting, and ongoing device management to ensure secure, reliable mobility within the enterprise environment. Start ASAP; contract until 30 June 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise mobile technologies and smartphones.
• Hands-on mobile rollout and migration experience.
• Experience with device re-enrolment and factory resets.
• Experience with AirWatch MDM systems.
• Experience supporting mobile phones, tablets and data SIMs.
• Understanding Google account creation and mobile config.
• Experience working in ICT projects and enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of mobile technology solutions and support processes.
• Experience using ticketing systems to log incidents and requests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to create technical documentation and guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for smartphones, tablets, data SIMs and mobile peripherals.
• Assist with mobile device rollout, transfers, re-enrolment and factory resets.
• Ensure mobility tech aligns with enterprise architecture, security and standards.
• Research mobile tech for compatibility with existing environment.
• Administer mobile devices via AirWatch MDM.
• Manage Google account creation and related configurations.
• Arrange activation and deactivation of mobile services.
• Serve as central contact with mobile service providers.
• Engage with internal users at all levels and manage support calls.
• Log and manage tickets in the organisation's ticketing system.
• Contribute to training materials and operational processes.
• Support projects related to mobility tech and services.
• Adhere to information security policies and standards.
