Job summary

Randstad NSW public sector is seeking a Mobility Support Specialist to be the core contact for mobile fleet operations, handling enrolments, configurations and troubleshooting for smartphones and tablets. You will perform bulk deployments, coordinate SIM activations with telcos, log incidents in the ITSM system, and produce clear user guides and technical materials for frontline users.

Required hands-on experience with mobile devices and MDM (AirWatch/Workspace ONE), Google account management,

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on technical support across mobile devices and OS
• Experience with AirWatch / Workspace ONE MDM administration
• Experience provisioning devices and carrier activations
• Strong stakeholder communication under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day mobile device requests, configuration, and hardware triage
• Perform bulk deployments, enrolments, and factory resets across smartphones and tablets
• Coordinate SIM card allocations, carrier activations, and service changes with external telco providers
• Log and resolve incidents and service requests in the enterprise ticketing system
• Create clear process documentation, user guides, and technical support materials
