Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in mobilization, site admin, or workforce coordination.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities.
• Australian work rights required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation including compliance, medicals, inductions, and travel.
• Liaise with employees, site admins, and client representatives.
• Act as point of contact for travel providers and site teams.
