Beyond Bank is seeking a Mobile Lending Specialist to grow home lending presence by building relationships in local communities across the Eastern States. You will meet members where they are, delivering tailored lending solutions with exceptional service and trusted advice.

You will join a national lending team with coaching and support, focusing on community engagement and sustainable growth while advancing your career in a flexible, member-owned bank.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business development experience and the confidence to build strong referral and community networks.
• Solid home lending experience with the ability to support members across a diverse range of customer needs.
• High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus and genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.
• Proven success in relationship management, referral partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
• The ability to lead needs-based conversations that uncover customer needs and provide tailored lending solutions.
• Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• A strong desire to make a positive contribution to the communities in which you work.
• Strong lending experience is highly desirable, together with an understanding of local market dynamics and community engagement.
• The ability and drive to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
