Job summary

Beyond Bank is seeking a Mobile Lending Specialist to join our national lending team, working across NSW, ACT or QLD with strong preference for Newcastle/Sydney. You will meet members in the community, deliver tailored lending solutions and help growth in home lending through relationship-building and local market knowledge.

You will operate in a flexible, member-obsessed environment with ongoing coaching, supported by a dedicated loan fulfilment team and lead generation resources to support

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business development experience and the confidence to build strong referral and community networks.
• Solid home lending experience with the ability to support members across a diverse range of customer needs.
• High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus and genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.
• Proven success in relationship management, referral partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
• The ability to lead needs-based conversations that uncover customer needs and provide tailored lending solutions.
• Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• A strong desire to make a positive contribution to the communities in which you work.
• Strong lending experience is highly desirable, together with an understanding of local market dynamics and community engagement.
