You will operate across the Eastern States, supported by a capable lending team and tech systems, traveling to meet members where they are. This role emphasizes local impact and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business development experience and the ability to build referral networks.
• Solid home lending experience supporting a range of customer needs.
• High-level sales skills with a focus on member service and outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Ability to lead needs-based conversations and tailor lending solutions.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management capabilities.
• Desire to contribute to local communities through lending activities.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and community engagement.
