Job summary

Beyond Bank Australia is seeking a Mobile Lending Specialist to join our national lending team. Based across the Eastern States, you will meet members where they are, building strong local relationships to deliver personalised lending solutions and grow our home lending presence in your community.

You will engage in consultative conversations to understand goals, lifestyles and borrowing needs, while driving lending growth and expanding cross-sell opportunities in insurance, wealth and business

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business development experience and the confidence to build strong referral and community networks.
• Solid home lending experience with the ability to support members across a diverse range of customer needs.
• High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus and genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.
• Proven success in relationship management, referral partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
• The ability to lead needs-based conversations that uncover customer needs and provide tailored lending solutions.
• Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• A strong desire to make a positive contribution to the communities in which you work.
• Strong lending experience is highly desirable, together with an understanding of local market dynamics and community engagement.
• The ability and drive to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Drive home lending growth across your designated region by developing new business opportunities and deepening member relationships.
• Generate leads across lending, insurance, wealth and business banking by being visible, proactive and engaged in your community.
