Beyond Bank is seeking a Mobile Lending Specialist to serve communities across the Eastern States, with a strong emphasis on building local connections and delivering tailored lending solutions. You will work in a flexible, community-focused role that moves beyond a desk and into the places where members live and work.

In this position, you will develop relationships, identify opportunities, and drive home lending growth while collaborating with a supportive lending team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business development experience building referral and community networks.
• Solid home lending experience to support members across diverse needs.
• High-level sales skills with strong member focus and goal-oriented mindset.
• Proven success in relationship management and referral partnerships.
• Ability to lead needs-based conversations and tailor lending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong networks within your local market, uncovering opportunities through community connections, businesses and referral partners.
• Drive home lending growth across your designated region by developing new business opportunities and deepening member relationships.
• Generate leads across lending, insurance, wealth and business banking by being visible, proactive and engaged in your community.
• Engage in meaningful, consultative conversations to understand each customer's goals, lifestyle and lending needs.
• Deliver tailored lending solutions with a focus on exceptional service, trusted advice and long-term relationships.
• Play a key role in growing Beyond Bank's presence, impact and success within your local market.
