Qualifications

• Demonstrated business development experience and the ability to build strong referral networks.
• Solid home lending experience to support diverse customer needs.
• High-level sales skills with a strong member focus and goal orientation.
• Proven success in relationship management, partnerships and new opportunities.
• Ability to lead needs-based conversations to uncover customer needs.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management abilities.
• A strong desire to contribute to local communities and engage with markets.
• Lending experience is desirable with knowledge of local market dynamics.
