Job summary

Liontown Resources Limited is seeking a motivated Training Lead to deliver accredited and site-specific training across Kathleen Valley. You’ll verify competency on mobile plant, maintain training records, and ensure alignment with Mine Safety Management System and WHS legislation.

This hands-on role requires field presence and classroom delivery, with 5+ years mining experience and relevant certificates. Permanent role on an 8:6 roster with competitive remuneration and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• TAE40116 or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years mining and processing experience.
• Experience delivering Isolation & Tagging and Permit to Work training.
• Experience training and assessing mobile plant (skid steer, ITC, telescopic handler).
• High-risk mobile plant training (Forklift, EWP, Franna, Slew crane).
• Proficiency with INX Intuition or similar LMS and basic learning development skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nationally recognised training and statements of attainment.
• Facilitate Permit to Work and isolation training.
• Conduct Verification of Competency on mobile plant and equipment.
• Maintain training records in INX Intuition and schedule training dates.
• Conduct field inspections and site assessments for training needs.
• Develop and review Liontown training tools.
